Character Blog: SCP-1233 (SCP Foundation)
“I’d rather live in a world where I get to love the moon than in one where I don’t, even if the moon won’t return the feeling.” - Alex London
SCP-1233, the Moon Champion and killer of Moon Monsters from the SCP Foundation.
Oh, boy, my very first solo blog about my glorious king, Moon Champion of all characters! Wowie!
Before We Begin...
This blog will exclusively feature content from the SCP Foundation Wiki. So, this will prioritize the Moon Champion's article as the main source of info here; however, I will still be including all the tales he appears in. Of course, some canons do contradict each other a bit, and three of them are even more unique than the rest.
To specify, one of these is the Cack Hard Cinematic Universe, which is a series of tales that are joke stories. However, I will still include this canon for two reasons:
- It doesn't really contradict much for Moon Champion's story, personality, and abilities.
- It makes him really OP for no reason lol
- I just wanna include it. You aren't the fun police; you can't tell me what to do :P
The other one is from the From 120's canon, specifically the Queen Mab vs. The Moon Monsters, the Musical. I won't be including it for any abilities or feats because, well...
As for the other canon... I'll save it for later.
Another important thing is that Imgur banned my ass, probably because I uploaded too many images in a row. Because of that, I decided to make a subreddit just to upload this stuff. Also, big thanks to the following blogs and such that helped me make this:
That's all, enjoy the blog!
Background
- Aliases: Moon Champion, Moon Guardian, The Lunatic
- Gender: Male
- Containment Class: Keter
- Disruption Class: Ekhi
- Risk Class: Danger
- Likes: Sauelsuesor, dogs, M&Ms
- Dislikes: Moon Monsters, SCP-2821, SCP-729-J (a.k.a. literal Satan)
- His daughter is Kaguya, the former Champion Bear of Japan
Every few years, a lone astronaut gracefully descends from the sky, making all that witness his glory wheep at the sight of his magnificence... wait, shit, I got the wrong script. Gimme a sec.
Ok, now I got the right one. Every few years, a dude in a spacesuit crash-lands on Earth and acts like an idiot. This "man" claims to be the Moon Champion, a being who hails from (you guessed it) the moon and protects its inhabitants from the evil Moon Monsters. However, no one has seen these Moon Monsters, or the Moon Kingdom he claims to protect, leading to him being nicknamed "The Lunatic."
This Lunatic bumbles around the planet, chasing after butterflies and trying to talk to dogs. He is, by all means, insane, but this insanity is more worrisome when you realize that the Moon Champion is extremely strong and extremely fast, sporting a jetpack that allows him to travel faster than any locomotive and having an abundance of power that can rival some of the most powerful beings in his universe.
His anomalous nature led to him being hidden from the public by the SCP Foundation, a secret organization that secures and contains anomalies and protects the human race.
Although a nuisance to humans, the Moon Champion still found love with the sun's sister, Sauelsuesor, and is a (somewhat) respected being that is feared by other anomalies, having battled against living fire trucks, immortal giant lizards, and dragons that can dwarf entire cities. However, even though he has defeated these adversaries before, he has yet to end the threat of the Moon Monsters that he despises... almost as if they truly aren't real. Or, perhaps, they are? Not Moon Monsters, plural, but instead, an anomaly that threatens not only the moon, but the entire universe.
This black-hole-like anomaly is very real, and it killed many of the Moon Champion's brothers and sisters when he was in search of comrades to help him fight it... or, perhaps, subconsciously, he was too afraid of it to confront it. However, at the call of his Moon King, the Moon Champion returned to the moon to not fight and lose against this Moon Monster, but instead to guard it and no longer fear it. The moon never did need a champion to battle for it; all it ever required was a Moon Guardian.
Experience & Skill
The Moon Champion has been around for a while. The SCP Foundation has been aware of his existence since at least 1986, but he's also older than the Sea Champion, who was discovered by the SCP Foundation in 1953 and always carries an anchor that seems to have been exposed to a constant marine environment for about 75 years. It's also possible that the Moon Champion has been alive for a thousand years (though this is likely a hyperbole). Despite his age, the Moon Champion is still a great fighter. Although he usually just tanks the attacks of his foes while doing some basic punching, he's also skilled enough to quickly adapt to any surprise attacks from multiple foes.
Arsenal
EMU Spacesuit
The Moon Champion's most prominent piece of equipment is definitely his Extravehicular Mobility Unit spacesuit... that is, assuming it actually is a suit. Some tales imply that SCP-1233 is the suit itself, while others explicitly state that he's a man wearing the suit. However, whether the suit is him or not, it doesn't change how powerful this thing is. Of course, it allows him to be perfectly fine in space and also lets him go underwater for as long as he wants. However, the most prominent feature of this space suit is its immense durability. This suit has been left unscathed not only by the Moon Champion crash-landing on Earth, but also withstood small-arms fire, anti-tank munitions, landmines, white phosphorus munitions, and being submerged in magma. As for less combat-applicable functions, the suit's also completely opaque to any forms of scanning and has a loudspeaker.
Jetpack
This jetpack is the Moon Champion's main mode of transportation for good reason; after all, it's no ordinary jetpack. Instead of using compressed nitrogen to fly, the jetpack uses a high-powered rocket propulsion system that allows the Moon Champion to fly at 25,000 km/h in about 4 seconds, though its maximum recorded speed is about 40,500 km/h. However, despite how fast it allows him to travel, the Moon Champion is still able to easily change its trajectory with no issue. It can also release huge sonic booms that can shatter all glassware in a 300-meter radius or a cubic mile of rock monsters. Also, if he feels like it, the Moon Champion can use it to just incinerate his foes. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the jetpack sometimes activates on its own?
Moon Saber
(Had to use a render from the game Shadow Fight lol)
It's a neat lil' sword that the Moon Champion lost. Bummer.
Sword
An extremely light sword from a different universe that is so powerful that it can "do most anything when worst comes to worst" and feels like it was "forged from the fabric of the universe." This sword also granted the Moon Champion the title of Moon Guardian, and he currently wields it as he guards SCP-2821. Besides that, we don't know what the sword does, as the Moon Guardian never actually uses it.
Medals
Abilities
Superhuman Strength
One of the Moon Champion's most notable abilities is his enormous strength that goes hand-in-hand with his suit's invincibility. He's able to lift over 70 tons without much difficulty, and he can also punch really, REALLY hard (see Strength).
Superhuman Stamina
The Moon Champion's stamina is nothing short of extraordinary. Although it's not an ability that is frequently explicitly shown, he was still stated to have told a (terrible) story to his pal SCP-2146 for 14 days straight. In another tale, he was also stated to have "fought" SCP-179's hair for 2 days straight, though this short tale is based on experiments done to SCP-V1L3-J, which is not only a joke SCP, but its anomalous effects aren't shown to actually happen (it prints out papers detailing the budding relationships of random different anomalies and SCP Foundation personnel). Also, as I mentioned previously, he can lift extremely heavy stuff without getting tired.
Moon Hearing
The Moon Champion apparently has enhanced hearing (which he dubbed Moon Hearing) that allows him to hear you just fine if he has his face buried in sand.
Moon Balance
The Moon Champion has a supernatural sense, dubbed Moon Balance, that can guide and/or alert him to many things. Some of which are human migratory patterns changing (what), a bus being within a 14-mile radius of him, the presence of Moon Monsters, or ladders. It's also possible that the Moon Balance allows the Moon Champion to detect "maidens in jeopardy."
Light Generation
When the Moon Champion gets really angry, his hair starts glowing. Not much else to say.
Summoning
Multilingualism
The Moon Champion is so cool that he can speak many languages. It's implied that he even knows Russian.
Non-Physical Interaction (Debatable)
The Moon Champion was able to hold a lance with a singularity attached to it, which isn't a physical object. However, you can argue that he was holding a different part of the lance's handle and not the singularity itself, hence why I marked this ability as debatable.
Resistances
- Extreme Heat: The Moon Champion was unscathed after being submerged in magma, being hit by a small supernova, and, of course, regularly surviving atmospheric re-entry.
- Radiation: His suit is opaque to radio, microwave, and X-ray emitters, and it also protects him in space, which has a lot of radiation. He was also fine after being blasted by beams of intense radiation.
- Plasma: Was fine after getting blasted by rays of superheated plasma.
- Antimatter: The Moon Champion was unaffected by slicing blasts of antimatter and antimatter-tipped missiles.
- Spacetime Manipulation: He was unphased by universal constants breaking down around him and time flowing backwards.
- Physics Manipulation & Law Manipulation: Universal constants are different laws of physics.
- Matter Manipulation & Subatomic Deconstruction: The Moon Champion was completely unaffected as protons and neutrons broke down around him.
- Existence Erasure (possibly): Stood right outside of the cave SCP-2821 resided in, and 2821 disintegrated other Moon warriors and turned them into nothingness. Along with this, anything that enters SCP-2821 is also affected by its internal laws of physics, which often leads to whatever enters being deconstructed. However, given that the Moon Champion didn't actually enter SCP-2821, it is uncertain whether or not he was actually resisting its anomalous effects.
Feats
Overall
- His article received over 900 positive ratings
- Protects us from the nefarious Moon Monsters
- Isn't contained by the SCP Foundation (what a bunch of bums, am I right?)
- Broke into several people's homes on Halloween
- Defeated Moon Monsters (probably), SCP-7599-1, SCP-058, SCP-096, and a big fucking ship
- Stalemated SCP-682 and Pesterbot PRIME
- Pulled a baddie
Strength
- Can lift over 70 tons
- One-shot SCP-7599-1
- Shattered Pesterbot PRIME's head in half with a punch
- Caught half of a car that was thrown at him with one hand
- Beat the everliving shit out of a giant walking ship
- His second clash with 682 released energy equal to a small nuclear weapon
- Shattered a thousand-mile-wide meteor with a punch (12.51 Teratons of TNT)
- Pushed back a giant fireball that was described as a "miniature blue star"
Speed
- Can fly at up to 40,500 km/h
- Created a sonic boom as he caught up with SCP-096
- Caught a wrecking ball that he punched before swinging it around really fast
- Dealt a powerful punch a fraction of a second after his previous punch
- Swung a chain of zombies so fast that they were traveling at a considerable fraction of the speed of light
Durability
- Has withstood many, many, MANY different weapons
- Has crash-landed on Earth many times after falling at terminal velocity
- Crashed into a ship and bent it like a boomerang
- Was unbothered by a car ramming into him at 50 miles per hour
- Was unbothered by the Heart of Darkness's tentacle whip
- Is stated to be indestructible (erm, clearly Outerversal feat that is NOT an NLF)
Scaling
SCP-4233
Although the Sea Champion and the Moon Champion have never fought, 4233 seems to admire the Moon Champion, even calling him strong and wishing to enlist his help in guarding the sea from sea monsters. Therefore, although the scaling is a bit shaky, I think it should still be fine to use.
- Regularly carries around an anchor that weighs about 550 kilograms
- Is unbothered by many different types of weapons and is unable to be contained
- Walks slower than 5 km/h but can also just walk through objects
- His clap was measured at 122 decibels, and it created a wave in the ocean that made the sea rise in a 5-kilometer radius
SCP-4601
The Moon Champion and the Redd Mennace have scuffled before, so, yeah, scaling is all good here.
SCP-058
The Heart of Darkness was overpowered by the Moon Champion, so he's obviously comparable to it.
- Can whip its tentacles at 320 km/h
- Can accelerate to running at 90 km/h in two seconds
- Killed a bunch of people, went on a rampage, and destroyed 70% of the buildings in a town
- Was still alive after being crushed by masonry from a collapsing building, though it was heavily injured
- Breached containment and was run over by a tank
- Easily pierced a man's skull
- Picked up and threw half of a car
- Crashed through a gearrender with the Moon Champion and began killing soldiers
SCP-096
Given the Moon Champion was able to catch up with the Shy Guy and fought him, he should obviously scale to this dude.
- Can run from 35 km/h to an unknown speed
- No known material can stop 096
- 096 kills and probably eats his victims (He ate them)
- Ignored gunfire while tearing someone's leg off
- Kept fighting after getting half of his body destroyed by an anti-tank gun
- Can perceive faster than the SCRAMBLE gear, which tries and fails to censor an image of 096's face before light can reach the viewer's eyes
SCP-682
The Hard to Destroy Reptile once scuffled with 1233, and the two were more or less evenly matched. Therefore, scaling the Moon Champion to 682 should be valid.
- Breached containment 6 times
- Killed some farmers
- Did a big roar
- Destroyed a deployment arm and killed two guards
- Fought SCP-204
- Its claws and tails moved faster than sound, generating sonic booms
- Its first clash with the Moon Champion released energy equivalent to dozens of tons of TNT
- Threw SCP-339 to a village 54 kilometers away
- Caused the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake & Tsunami (9.3 Teratons of TNT)
SCP-7599
The Moon Champion one-shot the entire race of SCP-7599-1 (SCP-7599 is the asteroid they hatched from) with a punch due to them being an interconnected hivemind. Therefore, he should scale to all of their feats.
SCP-1370 (Pesterbot PRIME)
The Moon Champion and Pesterbot PRIME fought each other indefinitely, so the former should of course scale to the latter.
- Made guards explode with quantum-level energy
- Compressed its miniature-star-core into a singularity to teleport to the moon
- Its sheer hatred allows its voice to be carried into listeners' ears, minds, and souls in the vacuum of space
- Fired rays of superheated plasma, beams of intense radiation, blasts of antimatter, and other powerful energies
- Its mere presence was destroying spacetime and destroying universal constants
- Can fire small supernovas
- Fired antimatter-tipped missiles from the 5-dimensional space within it (see Elephants In The Room)
- Threatened to destroy the universe (see Elephants In The Room)
Weaknesses
Though the Moon Champion is extremely powerful, he's not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. He doesn’t pay attention a lot and is quite gullible, especially when it comes to Earth culture, and was even led to believe that a random dude was the president of Earth. 1233's obliviousness has also led to him exposing one of his major weaknesses, which is that the inside of his suit is his weak point; if he opens his visor, he's able to be killed by something as weak as a common Earth gun. However, sometimes opening his visor is unnecessary, given the Moon Champion's helmet has been fractured before by powerful attacks, a sword could potentially pierce his suit, and it has also been slightly scratched before (see Elephants In The Room). The Moon Champion's jetpack also isn't infallible and can be damaged if overused, leading to it obviously not functioning properly.
Elephants In The Room
Is the Moon Champion actually [TITLE CARD]?
So, you probably noticed how the Moon Champion's visor cracked slightly after he clashed with SCP-682. Does this mean that the invincible Moon Champion is actually vincible?
Well, believe it or not, yeah. The Moon Champion's fight with SCP-682 definitely proves that although the suit is really, really, REALLY durable, it does have its limits.
However, the power of a small nuclear weapon being able to damage the suit is unique to this interpretation of SCP-1233. Other tales have demonstrated that he can deliver and tank much stronger attacks, so to say that the Moon Champion at his peak can be damaged by a nuke despite shattering a thousand-mile-wide meteor is a bit silly.
Also, yeah, it seems like bullets can slightly scratch his suit. Although it isn't a lot of damage, it's still a notable example of the Moon Champion not being 100% invincible.
also also the sword statement is just really random and no context is given for that one so uhhhh nuh uh Ichigo is not beating my boy fuck off
Wait, is he Universal...?
So, for full context, after Pesterbot PRIME realized that literally nothing it could do would destroy the Moon Champion, it decided to instead "destroy the universe around [him]." Of course, it's unable to go through with this due to the Moon Champion beating the shit out of the homicidal robot. However, could Pesterbot PRIME actually have destroyed the universe, and does the Moon Champion scale to this for certain?
Well, Pesterbot PRIME being able to destroy the universe is already supported by previous paragraphs in the tale the universe-destroying quote comes from. After all, the Pesterbot's mere presence was already breaking down spacetime, so coming to the conclusion that the robot could destroy the entire universe if it actually felt like it and got the chance to isn't far-fetched. However, given that the Pesterbot PRIME just existing was affecting both space and time, its universal destruction should actually exceed Universe level and instead would be a Universe level+ feat.
However, we can scale the Pesterbot even higher due to it being stated to contain a 5-dimensional space within it. This 5-dimensional space is likely the Pesterbot's singularity-core. To clarify, a singularity is basically a point where gravity is so intense that spacetime starts breaking down (which is exactly what we see happen in the tale), and this could make Pesterbot PRIME Low Complex Multiverse level. However, given the story doesn't specify whether or not this singularity actually transcends both space and time, I will only consider this tier a highball.
Now, does the Moon Champion scale to this? Well, yeah, duh. The Moon Champion wasn't phased by any of Pesterbot PRIME's attacks and was actively beating him up. Hell, if you want the full fight without just the out-of-context statements I pulled (most of which, let's be real, don't need that much context), then you can read it for yourself and see that the Moon Champion very much does scale to the Pesterbot in both strength and durability.
TLDR; Pesterbot PRIME is at least Universe level+ but can possibly be scaled as high as Low Complex Multiverse level. The Moon Champion also scales to this due to kicking the Pesterbot's ass in the Cack Hard continuity.
The (fast as fuck) Moon Champion in the room
(Wow, what an original image when regarding a character having arguments to be really fast! I'm sure that not every single fucking blog in existence has used an image like this!)
Cack Hard, Cack Hard, Cack Hard, why can't you make my life easier...?
Anyways, the argument you could make for the Moon Champion being immeasurable is that he was fine while "time flowed backwards" due to Pesterbot PRIME's shenanigans. However, this argument quickly falls apart when you realize that SCP-049 was only blown away by this event, and not reversed in time or something like that. So, this statement was likely just using flowery language to describe Pesterbot PRIME breaking down spacetime in general, but not literally reversing time.
Also, I dunno how the Plague Doctor survived allat. It was probably Earth Champion's helmet protecting him or something.
Possible Opponents
Captain Underpants (Dav Pilkey)
Core theme by me: Silly heroes who cause property damage and are public nuisances due to their clumsiness when they're doing their "heroics." They also talk and behave like a stereotypical superhero, despite others telling them how weird they sound and act.
Author Notes: Definitely 1233's best. Although the connections are quite simple, it's one of those matchups where the vibes are enough to sell you on it.
Kamen Rider Fourze (Kamen Rider)
Connections by u/Psycho_Verde:
- Both are good-natured, friendly, happy and somewhat clumsy heroes with a space theme.
- Both, obviously, have an astronaut theme, and both fight both on Earth and in the space against monsters (The Zodiarts / The Lunar Monsters)
- Both also have a phrase every time they introduce themselves/transforms in the case of Fourze ("UCHUU KITA!!" / "Me! THE MOON CHAMPION!!")
- Both are also related to the moon (Fourze's base is located on the moon / 1233 always says that there is a lunar civilization on the moon, and that he protects it from the lunar monsters)
Author Notes: This one definitely interests me. I don't care too much about Kamen Rider (except for Shin Kamen Rider, I still gotta finish watching it), but it does seem to be kinda neat. However, given how complex Kamen Riders tend to be from what I've gathered, this may or may not be kinda lame for Fourze... but I dunno. Like I said, I ain't a Kamen Rider guy.
Phenomaman (Dispatch)
Connections by u/Mrzeoc: Tall humanoids from space that try to do justice despite their innocent nature, which usually ends up in more chaos than it was initially intended, and depsite their powerful nature they try to be as gentle as possible
Author's Notes: This one just sounds mid, to be honest. That last connection is flat out wrong; 1233 is not gentle at all with anything or anyone lol. Like, sure, he's not a destructive maniac, but he also isn't doing the whole Superman "world made of cardboard" bit. Maybe I can rethink my thoughts on this matchup once I play Dispatch, but for now, it's just meh.
Auren Da'at (I Can Tell You What Is Killing The Stars)
Connections by u/RestaurantWorried: People in space suit from web series(truly the connections of all time)
Author's Notes: I definitely agree with RestaurantWorried, those certainly are the connections of all time. Look, man, I just needed matchups with connections to fill out this section, and this was one of the few I found.
Also yeah yeah whoop his ass MOON CHAMPION 😭
Gan Fall (One Piece)
Connections by u/Kemuri_King: Kind champions of lands above the earth, who unintentionally caused problems for humans via not understanding their culture, but became allies with them later on.
Author's Notes: This one actually doesn't sound that bad. From a quick look through the One Piece Wiki, it does seem like Moon Champion stomps this old man to oblivion, but the main theme is enough to at least somewhat sell me on it.
Saitama (One-Punch Man)
Main theme by me: Unstoppable Force VS Immovable Object, the matchup. Both are known for their unnatural strength which is hidden from the general public.
Full connections also by me:
- Both are characters created in the late 2010s who parody popular heroic tropes (Saitama parodies shonen protagonists/1233 parodies general superhero tropes through his mannerisms).
- Both of these characters are known for their absurd strength that makes them invincible when fighting other beings, to the point where they often are unbothered by other characters attacking them.
- Despite their enormous strength, most of humankind are unaware of both them and their power and think they are just regular people, except for a select few (Most people, heroes and villains alike, underestimate Saitama and believe him to just be a normal dude/The SCP Foundation hides 1233's existence from the general public, along with many people who do end up encountering him just thinking he's an insane dude).
- They both primarily fight and defeat different types of monsters, though most people also don't realize this (Despite Saitama defeating several monsters throughout his career, most of his accomplishments go unnoticed or other heroes are credited for his victories/1233 regularly claims to fight Moon Monsters, along with other SCPs on occasion, but no one on Earth has ever even seen these Moon Monsters, and the Foundation covers up his encounters with other SCPs on Earth).
- They have both undergone existential crises (Saitama underwent an existential crisis after achieving his immense strength due to not getting a proper challenge when he fights monsters/1233 temporarily questioned his existence, and whether or not Moon Monsters were just a figment of his imagination, after he spent a long time away from the moon).
Author's Notes: Ok, so, I know I said Captain Underpants is my favorite for 1233... but dude, this is just so sick! Yeah, it ain't the deepest matchup in the world, but I think it covers both Saitama and 1233 pretty well! Captain Underpants and Saitama are honestly pretty interchangeable as my favorite opponents for the Moon Champion. Oh, also, I really like the track name I came up with, Serious Series: Lunar Strike.
Holy self glaze bruh 😭
Conquest (Invincible)
Contrasts by me: Dude that protects the Moon from invaders and other foes VS Dude from space that invades planets and conquers them
Author's Notes: I just want to see them fight.
Final Thoughts
Well, I gotta say, this blog was really fun to make! The Moon Champion is a really interesting character, and researching him was awe-
Wait.
Ah, yes. Of course. We discussed the Moon Champion thoroughly, but what about his "true" form? Yep, we're finally gonna talk about the really contradictory canon of...
Suen, God of the Moon
Background
- Aliases: God of the lunar contradiction and bleeding sky, deific lord of the hollow blackness and ignorant masses, Moon Champion
- Age: >2,000
- Likes: Saulsuessor (yes, I spelled it differently on purpose), Ashur, cosplaying
- Dislike: Ashur (formerly)
- Part of multiple pantheons
- Has appeared in one tale and one article (not counting the main SCP-1233 article)
When you stare at the moon, it stares back. This is not a metaphor, it is a simple fact when discussing Suen, the God of the Moon. He has lived for millennia and watched over mankind for just as long, leading to him joining multiple pantheons of deities like him, such as Sol, the God of the Sun. Suen even fell in love with Sol's sister, Saulsuessor, whom he entertained with his acting and cosplay as an astronaut. However, his godly duties eventually led to him taking the burden of "babysitting" Ashur, God of the Windswept Plains and Soaring Skies. Ashur is a dumb, arrogant, and extremely lustful "god" who can manipulate the air however he pleases.
So, due to this, Suen and the other gods set up a custody system where each god would take care of Ashur for a few decades. However, this system was eventually no longer required when Ashur was contained by the SCP Foundation... that is, until Ashur eventually broke out of containment. Ashur experienced an existential crisis of his godhood when he discovered that all the SCP Foundation personnel lied about their godly identities to him to keep him contained, and this mental breakdown led to him encountering Suen once more.
The two gods had an epic clash that destroyed mountains, but in the end, Suen defeated his adopted son and took him to space, where he finally matured for once. Ashur evolved into a greater god thanks to Suen's magic, and now teaches Assyrian history. As for Suen, well, we don't know what happened next. Perhaps he went back to the moon to watch over us once more, or maybe he donned his spacesuit again to entertain his love as the Moon Champion.
Experience & Skill
As the God of the Moon, Suen is of course very, very, very, very old. It's not revealed how old he is exactly, but he's stated that he's over two thousand years old. He's also a pretty skilled fighter, as shown in his battle with Ashur. That's about it; only being in one article and one tale kinda sucks lol.
Arsenal
Suen has both the standard Moon Champion spacesuit and jetpack, and both function the same way I described them (though you should probably only consider the abilities demonstrated in the 1233 article as a part of Suen's spacesuit and jetpack's capabilities). However, as for other gadgets...
Armor
(Credit for artwork)Underneath his spacesuit (or whenever he's not in the suit), Suen wears an armored chestplate and helm. He has also been seen wearing a golden helmet and ceremonial gown.
Spear
(This is apparently Brother Bear, neat. I remember watching that movie when I was little, it was pretty good.)
Suen is able to summon a powerful spear that is able to block air blades. Not only can he summon the spear out of thin air, but it can also be pulled towards him if it's out of reach.
Abilities
Suen shares the Moon Champion's super strength, along with having his own powers. Those powers include...
Magic
(Get it? Because the name of the game is Magic: The Gathering? You know? Please laugh.)
Although magic is the source of pretty much all of the abilities I'm listing for Suen after this one, I still thought this would be worth mentioning. Magic, also classified as SCP-8235, is a reality-warping phenomenon that Suen can freely manipulate, and he is even described as a "magical force." His control over magic is so powerful that he can even imbue his own magic into others to heal fatal wounds.
Magic overall is actually really complex and hard to explain, and given Suen doesn't do a lot of extreme reality-warping stuff with it, I won't describe it in extreme detail. However, if you'd like to learn more about how magic works in the SCP Foundation, then I recommend reading SCP-8235's article.
Flight
Teleportation
Suen can teleport, 'nuff said.
Space Survivability
Even when not wearing his iconic spacesuit, Suen is just fine when sitting on the moon's surface.
Light Manipulation
One of Suen's most powerful abilities is his light manipulation. He's able to move around using paths of light, shoot waves of light at enemies, he can make it circulate around him, and he can snap his fingers to make several beams of light to blind his opponents.
Magic Nullification
Suen can create a magical sphere to dispel spells (heh, that rhymes).
Resistances
- Space: As I mentioned previously, he's fine being in space without his suit on.
Feats
Overall
- Ashur’s Atypical Adventure For Post Assyrian Actualization has 15 positive ratings
- Uhhhhhh... he's only a somewhat absent father?
- Defeated SCP-3740
- Pulled a baddie
Strength
Speed
Durability
Scaling
SCP-3740
Suen fought (and beat the shit out of) Ashur, so this scaling is pretty obvious.
- Can create winds in excess of 500 kph and cyclones
- Blew out the wall of a building in a bar fight
- Stated to be able to blow away the roof of Site-81, which has an area of 9.69 km²
- Knocked over his chair with a gust of wind after he found out he wasn't gonna get any puh (tragic)
- Believes he's faster than planes and could blow them out of the sky
- Created a big dome of air around a forest
- Shattered Suen's visor with an air blade
- Swats Suen 5 meters away with a gust of wind
- Made Suen bleed with a wind drill
- Created a bow out of a massive hurricane
Weaknesses
(Why would Moon Champion do that to Steve Minecraft)
Suen actually doesn't really have any major weaknesses, surprisingly. Like, unless you count "being badly hurt by opponents relative to you in strength" as a weakness, he's basically got nothing. However, powerful winds can rip his spacesuit apart, which probably leaves him a bit more vulnerable (though not by much since he wears armor under his suit).

The Actual Final Thoughts
Well, I gotta say, working on this blog was awesome! The Moon Champion was quite fun to research, even if the work was slightly tedious. Well, I don't have much else to say, so how about we look at the upcoming schedule for solo VS-related projects (note that this doesn't include stuff I'm collabing on)?
Moon Knight VS Denji
I've been working on this script for a while! I finished Denji's analysis (which was immediately mogged by Death Battle's analysis on him...), but Moon Knight's is still on the way! If you'd like to keep track of it, check it out here on the Death Battle Fanon Wiki.
Parasite VS Malware
What hyperfixating on a Ben 10 villain does to a mf. This script might come out before Moon Knight VS Denji due to the relatively small amount of content both combatants have, but it's currently set to release after it. The link for this script is here.
Composite Steve VS The Looper
This will be my next script after the first two, yay! I stopped working on it for a while because it's a lot of work, but I think I'll be able to work on it again (eventually). The link for that is here.
Fran & Teacher | Character Blog
Hopefully the six people that know Reincarnated as a Sword will enjoy this when it comes out one day lol. I still gotta rewatch the anime and read the light novel, manga, etc., so this will take a looooooong time to finish.
Bounty Hunter | Character Blog
Damn, I announced this months ago, and no progress was made. I'm such a fucking chud. Anyways, I still gotta play High On Life 2, but thankfully I already played the first game, its DLC, and read the comics, so it won't be too much work whenever I actually get started on this.
I think that's it. Thank you for reading, see ya!
